Secundo Immo is a company specialized in real estate sales in Spain. The well-known company has become leader on the Belgian market. Since 2009 its team of experts has been providing a complete service of support to make the dream of a large number of clients come true quite safely : acquiring a residence abroad.
However, Secundo Immo brand image was losing ground and needed renewal. So did the website. The Explose interactive agency developed a global web strategy for the company.
Visual identity
Modernizing the identity and the brand image
We put in place a new graphic world based on the founding principles of their image but in a more innovative and fresher way. The logotype was reworked in order to make it more current, elegant and balanced. The developed visual identity is global: iconography, typography, colourful atmosphere and examples of different versions (pamphlets, business cards, stationery,...). The digital brandbook guarantees the harmonization of the different adaptations, offline and online, while imposing the brand identity.
Interface design
Highlighting the offers and services
The website highlights two essential points: the properties for sale and the quality of services ensuring the acquisition of these properties. The website is designed to enhance the imagery presenting the villas, houses and apartments. The advanced search functionality favors the access to information. The website is connected to the intern management system (CRM) for an efficient update of the properties data. The website strives to embody their service and to highlight the human dimension with an attractive presentation of the team and engaging clients' testimonials.
Creating traffic and lead
Promoting initial contact
The website is Secundo Immo main "storefront", a major media for initial contacts with the potential clients. The search engines are the main source of traffic. The referencing is a crucial challenge in the marketing strategy of the company. The website as a whole was created in agreement with its actions of referencing : a clear strategy of contents, a user orientated conception and design with a development optimized according to the SEO rules.

A tailor-made template
Secundo Immo news is abundant : briefings, discovery stays, presence at a fair,... The newsletter is a complementary tool to the site making the communication with the subscribers possible. We created a template type modelled on the new identity. On the website, the form has been highlighted to persuade visitors to subscribe.
