Responsive web design
In order to offer the users an optimum online experience, we adopted the responsive web design method. This system enables to automatically adapt the website rendering according to the screen size and orientation (mobile, tablet, desktop,etc.).
Search engine
The search engine indexes the website contents and so enables quick access to information. The tool works in auto-complete to guide the user. The auto-completion is a system that suggests additional answers that could suit the first words the user types.
Filters sorting system
Filter principles, that are relevant and specific according to the pages and their contents, were put in place for the user to sort the displayed content and so to more quickly access the needed information (search fields, drop-down lists, date picker, alphabet,…).
Providing contents
Creating links
A good idea is to offer in the user’s navigation flow contents linked with the current content to satisfy the user’s thirst for information and create sudden new links: he will never face a dead-end. BSP website has been thought to link contents: some type of publication is related to the field of expertise practiced by some lawyers, etc.
Newsletter
Automations facilitating the sending
BSP lawyers share their knowledge and regularly publish articles linked with their activities (taxation, labor law, corporate law, etc.). They use the newsletter media to convey their knowledge to their subscribers. To this end, we put in place an efficient sending platform (addressees’management, opening statistics of sendings,…). Different templates reflecting their firm and their website were set up. Most importantly, the newsletter is directly supplied by the website contents. Therefore, BSP team can easily select articles from the administration area of CMS Drupal for the next newsletter.
